Avnish Deodia
Co-FounderCYCOOL is co-founded by Avnish Deodia in 2017 after an extensive corporate experience of 18 years. He is a veteran with widespread corporate and personal experience in Advertising, Marketing & Communications, Brand Promotion & Activations, Corporate Events, MICE, Trainings, Fitness & Wellbeing, Sports & Cycling and customer engagement.
He has handled various positions in Vodafone (Enterprise Brand Head, National Activation Head and Circle Brand Head) and in leading Advertising agencies including O&M at multiple cities across India (Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore and Mumbai). He is the central Ideation and Creative bank at Cycool besides other multiple skills and functions.
A passionate fitness enthusiast, Avnish has created a unique virtual fitness platform for corporates along with an exciting virtual cycling platform www.cycoolsports.com (India’s 1st cycling only platform) open for public. He is an integral part of active cyclist communities in Bangalore and also facilitates curation of cycling experiences in B2C format.
Dr. Surbhi Saraf Deodia
Co-FounderDr. Surbhi Saraf Deodia is a Co-founder and Head - Strategy, Planning, Compliance and Communications at Cycool.She is PhD in Pharmacy with 14 years of diverse experience in Research, Teaching and Biopharma Industries, then stepped into the experiential industry in Jan 2022. With operational excellence, she had worked on variety of drug products at different stages of Product life cycle (Novel Biologics as well as Biosimilars for therapeutics and vaccination; for US, Europe, India and ROW). An SME for E&L and DP Mfg of Injectable Biopharmaceuticals, Surbhi was humbled to receive the Edward Jenner Award (Vaccine 3rd Global Congress 2009, Singapore) and National Doctoral Fellowship (AICTE, New Delhi 2006-2009).
Surbhi is a generous, diligent, hard task master, highly organized, process oriented as well as customer centric person with keen eye for accuracy & detail. Her presence at Cycool brings in lots of discipline to the programs/approaches and value addition in the strategies towards achieving the objective with constant Vision.
Srinivas K.
Head ProductionSrinivas K. heads Production at Cycool. He is a Production Ninja and the backbone of Operations Team when it comes to on-ground execution of any project at Cycool. He has been in the experiential industry for more than 16 years and executed close to 2,000 events/activations across India. Passionate about event management, he is well versed with the new advancements in event technologies. He is extremely committed towards work and extends himself for days & nights continuously when required.
Srinivas is fond of music, cycling and Cricket. His love for sports keeps him motivated and engaged in highly challenging projects with true sportsmanship.
Romita Rituraj
PartnerRomita Rituraj is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of rich corporate experience across various sectors from Telecom to Financial services and Media, having worked in Vodafone, Airtel and Times of India amongst others.
Grounded and self-assured, Romita has been passionate about learning & development, Diversity & Inclusion throughout her career. An MBA in marketing, she has succeeded in various leadership roles with on-ground experience, ability to handle professional challenges and strong people connect. Romita drives Engagement & Experience through Program Management, Partnerships and Business Development for various projects at Cycool.
Romita also enjoys reading (big fan of Agatha Christie Poirot), travelling to the hills (she is from Dehradun) and baking (certified in patisserie). Her variety of interests make her versatile and always-on for different kinds of projects.
Rahul Nair
PartnerRahul Nair is Partner for Cycling Events. He is an endurance cyclist and 5 times Super Randonneur (someone who has completed 200km, 300km, 400km and 600km cycle rides in a calendar year). In March 2023 he completed Kanyakumari to Kashmir cycle ride, covering 3900+ km in 21 days. He has conducted multiple ride programs for beginners and intermediate riders all over Bangalore. Rahul has also helped absolute newbies learn cycle balancing and discover the joys of cycling. In his free time, he does bike packing trips in South India. Before taking up cycling as a career, Rahul had worked as a banker and as a college professor for over 12 years.
At Cycool, Rahul curates customized cycling events for corporates and also conducts cycling workshops. He is the pillar of strength for all cycling activities conducted by Cycool.
